Terms of sale

1. Who is selling

Smorfiosette jewellery is sold by:

2. What we sell

Necklaces and chokers crocheted by hand. Every piece is one of a kind: the photos and descriptions show the exact piece you will receive. Small irregularities are the mark of handmade work and are not defects.

3. Prices and shipping

Prices are in euros. You can choose shipping within Italy, which costs €4 per order, or hand pick-up, at no cost: you see your choice and the total in the summary before you pay. For now we only ship within Italy.

4. How the purchase is completed

The pieces you choose go into your jewellery box. When you open the payment, they are held for you for 30 minutes, the time you need to complete it. The contract is concluded when the payment goes through: you receive the receipt by email and can message us on WhatsApp about shipping or pick-up. If the payment is not completed within 30 minutes, the pieces become available again.

5. Payment

Payment is made through Stripe, by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Smorfiosette never sees or stores your card details.

6. Made-to-order pieces

If a piece has already been sold, you can ask for a similar one with "Request a piece". We make it after payment, within 5–7 working days, inspired by the original design and by the preferences you give us: it will be similar, but unique and never identical.

7. Delivery

Ready-made pieces arrive within 3–5 working days of payment; made-to-order pieces are shipped once they are finished. We send you the tracking code. If you choose hand pick-up, we agree on the time and place together on WhatsApp. The risk of loss or damage passes to you only on delivery.

8. Right of withdrawal

For ready-made pieces you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, without giving any reason (Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code). To exercise this right, write to us at saramammola00@gmail.com or on WhatsApp within this period (you can use the form in section 11, but you don't have to), then send the piece back within a further 14 days, intact and in its packaging, to the address we give you when you write to us. Return shipping costs are paid by you. We refund you within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method you used, once we have received the piece.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to pieces made to order according to your preferences, because they are goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Article 59(1)(c) of the Italian Consumer Code).

9. Legal guarantee

All pieces are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity from delivery (Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code). If something isn't right, write to us: we'll find a solution together (repair, replacement with a similar piece, or refund).

10. Applicable law

This contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the court of the place where you live.

11. Model withdrawal form

(Annex I, Part B, of the Italian Consumer Code. Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)
